EDUCATION
College of Dupage – Served as the
Prime Contractor on this 22 acre project. Selected and managed a
group of 18 subcontractors and self-performed all excavation, paving
and concrete work. Highlights included customized color concrete
work resulting in a DNA pattern outside the science building.
Metea High School – Completed all
site work on this two year project including 20,000 tons of asphalt
paving, 17,000 ft of curb, 12 tennis courts and running track. While
on-site, developed a value engineering alternative design for the
tennis courts that saved customer over $100,000.
Lincoln Way North High School –
Constructed new parking lot and installed concrete loading docks
and sidewalks, Completed a major reconstruction of Harlem Avenue
and rebuilt access roads into the high school. Selected and managed
5 subcontractors on site..
Governor State University –
Prime Contractor in major reworking of university interior road system.
Removing and reconstructing entryway into the university with a large
scale decorative concrete turnaround on campus. Selected and managed
6 subcontractors on site.
Addison
Trail High School – Executed complete redesign of parking
lots and interior roads Created a construction plan in multiple phases
so that work could be completed while school was in session without
disruptions to class schedules
Minooka
Elementary and Middle School – Finished all site work on
this new school including asphalt pavement for parking lot, access
road construction and all curbing. Planned and built bike paths through
the school yard. |
